Can I accumulate promotional codes?

Our promotional codes cannot be combined. You can only use one code at a time.

Can I modify/cancel my order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the delivery address or delivery point once the order has been placed. We strive to prepare your orders quickly so that you can enjoy your items as soon as possible.

How can I track the delivery of my order?

To track the delivery of your package, simply provide your tracking number that you received by email here and connect to our carrier's website to find out its status.

Delays caused by delivery services are not the result of our good will. Delivery costs cannot be reimbursed if deadlines are not respected by their services.

If your order has not arrived at its destination within 10 days in Metropolitan France, please contact us and the delivery services.

I did not receive my order

Delivery times apply once you receive a confirmation email from the delivery services attesting that your package is in their hands.

We are sincerely sorry for this inconvenience and we will resolve this small problem as soon as possible.

Return and refund

Can I return my order?

Only orders placed on www.kilkyparis.com are subject to returns or exchanges.
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return the item(s) that do not suit you.
We guarantee a full refund for any item you are not completely satisfied with, provided it is returned to us intact within fifteen days of receipt.
Refunds will be made using the payment method you originally used when purchasing.

What are the procedures for returning my order?

Les cartes cadeaux fonctionnent de la manière suivante :

Achat et Utilisation : Vous pouvez acheter une carte cadeau sur notre site internet. Une fois que vous avez reçu votre carte cadeau, vous pouvez l'utiliser comme mode de paiement lors de votre achat. Lors du passage en caisse, entrez le code de la carte cadeau dans le champ prévu à cet effet.

Valeur et Solde: Les cartes cadeaux ont une valeur fixe, que vous pouvez utiliser en totalité ou en partie. Si vous ne dépensez pas tout le solde en une seule fois, le montant restant sera conservé sur la carte et pourra être utilisé lors de futurs achats.

Validité: Les cartes cadeaux sont valables pendant une période à durée determinée à compté de son achat. Assurez-vous de vérifier la date d'expiration pour utiliser votre carte avant qu'elle ne devienne invalide.

Non Échangeable et Non Remboursable: Les cartes cadeaux ne peuvent pas être échangées contre de l'argent et ne sont pas remboursables.
